Painted Pottery

In 2017, I began taking my son to a place called "Pottery-2-Paint" in Pierre, which was right next to Branding Iron Bistro.  The two businesses shared an open doorway that was divided by a sheet.  We enjoyed eating at the bistro, then painting pottery.  It was very cool to see the end result after the pieces were fired.

On June 26, 2017, a fire destroyed the bistro and caused extensive smoke damage to Pottery-2-Paint.  As a result, Pottery-2-Paint went out of business.  However, Debbie, one of the former employees, bought the company, renamed it "Pottery Plus", and relocated to Capitol Avenue, near Euclid Street.

In early 2018, I began taking my son to Pottery Plus, where he has enjoyed painting several masterpieces.  I also enjoy painting pottery and have shared my work below.
